The in-frame C-Flag & 6×His tag is convenient for expression detection and recombinant protein purification. WZ Biosciences guarantees the human ORF expression of these adenoviruses in HEK293 cells. Most of our premade adenovirus were validated by western blot in HEK293 cells. If no right protein expression could be detected by customers, the expression will be tested in HEK293 cells by scientist in WZ Biosciences. If we failed confirm the protein expression, we will refund customers.
