WZ Biosciences has more than 18,000 human ORF clones. These human ORFs are in the uniquely designed pEnter mammalian expression vector. All ORF clones were verified by sequencing. These ready-to-express products are cost-effective and available for next day-delivery. The various aspects of our pEnter-human ORF plasmids includes:1. CMV eukaryotic strong promoter, and Kozac sequence for efficient protein expression; 2. c-terminal Flag &6×His tags for protein expression detection and recombinant protein purification; 3. Pruomycine resistant gene for stable transfection selection; 4. Left & Right Arms for adenoviral vector construction with AdEasy packaging system. Further, the human ORFs can be shuttled into more than 50 destination vectors in a simply “cut and paste” approach in just 2-3 hours.

microRNAs(miRNA) are a class of endogenous small non-coding single stranded RNAs. One miRNA could regulate multiple protein translation thus regulates broad biological properties. miRNA is highly conserved among species and matured miRNA is approximately 21-24 nucleotides in length. Their roles in diseases, tissue remodeling and cell differentiation have elicited great interest. WZ Biosciences offers over 1,200 human miRNA clones. Human pri-miRNAs were cloned in the pMIR, a special designed mirRNA expression vector. The expression cassette is driven by a CMV promoter and miRNA is expressed as the 3' UTR of GFP.

WZ Biosciences has predesigned siRNA sequences against over 27,000 human genes. 4 siRNAs are designed for each gene and cloned into pAV-U6-GFP vector with the stem-loop structure "Sense-loop (TTCAAGAGA)-Antisense". We guarantee at least 70% knockdown of the target gene with our designed shRNA vectors. WZ Biosciences also offer custom shRNA cloning and gene kockdown validation services. For more information please contact us. For hard-to-transfect cells, or in vivo animal study, we recommend viral delivery (Adenoviurs, Lentivirus or AAV).

WZ Biosciences offers premade 11,000 mouse gRNA pool clones and over 350 human gRNA pool clones. Four gRNAs were designed to use with spCAS9 for each targeting gene. The annealed primers were pooled and cloned into pCAG-GFP-U6-gRNA vector. The gRNA targeting sequences were well selected and tested, we guarantee the knock out efficiency. Our mouse gRNA clones cover most of the functional known genes, such as transcription factors, signal transduction genes, kinase and phosphatase. All our human gRNA pool clones were tested for their knockout function in HEK293 cells, and cover most cancer related gene and markers. Our gRNA clones are compatible with AAV packaging systems. They can be used with spCAS9 transgenic mice for in vivo gene knockout study. All these clones are ready for secondary day delivery.
