Introduction：

WZ Biosciences offers a large number of human mirRNA adenovirus with short trun-around time. Our unique design of pCMV-GFP-pri-hsa-miRNA-SV40 PloyA expression cassette is convenient for researchers to observe the transduction and estimate the expression of hsa-miRNAs. Compared to mirRNA DNA clones, our premade mirRNA adenoviruses are better in transduction, higher expression and efficiency, ideal for hard-to-transfect cells and suitable for in vivo animal study.
