Product features：
1. Multiple gRNAs are designed against each gene, greatly increasing knockout efficiency;
2. All the gRNA clones includes ampicillin gene for positive clone selection. Its recommended working concentration is 100 ug/L.
Handling instruction：
Put the bacteria onto an LB agar plate. Incubate at 37 °C for overnight. Wash the plate and transfer all colonies into fresh LB medium and culture overnight at 37 °C in a shaking incubator. Then extract the plasmid.
